Making The Marinade and Dressing

For Marinating Chicken, combine: 

2 Tbsp Cheapo Dave's Fire Escape Mix
4 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
4 Tbsp Aged Balsamic Vinegar
4 Tbsp Water
3/4 Cup Vegetable Oil 


For Salad Dressing, combine:

1 Tbsp Cheapo Dave's Fire Escape Mix
2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
2 Tbsp Aged Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsp Water
3/4 Cup Favorite Oil 
(we prefer a light olive oil)


Gallon Batch 

3/4 Cups Cheapo Dave's Fire Escape Mix
1.5 Cups Red Wine Vinegar
1.5 Cups Aged Balsamic Vinegar
1.5 Cups Water
9 Cups Oil (half for marinade)


Making your dressing or marinade the day before enhances the flavor profile.  No need to refridgerate!
